We are a small home-based business and aim to pack orders quickly.

All orders will be assigned a tracking number when dispatched. This will be provided by email.

NOTE: If items are low in stock, they may be made to order. Please allow an additional 10-15 business days for delivery.

Please inspect your order upon its arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are happy to issue an exchange if an item is defective or damaged. Refunds may be approved. However, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will need to keep receipt or proof of purchase. A photo may be required.

For necklaces and bracelets, please ensure you check you have chosen the correct length. If you’re not sure, check our Jewellery Sizing FAQ before purchasing. Exchanges for incorrect sizing is not guaranteed.

You might be unsure of which length of Rangimārie Charm Necklace and Bracelet is best for you. For the sizes given, the length is measured by the length of chain only. The round clasp is an additional 1.6cm. This makes our standard 17cm bracelet, for example, approx. 18.5cm long from end to end.

To check which is most suitable, take a piece of string and mark the preferred length. This can then be measured with a ruler. 

Our Manaaki Gift Cards are a great way to celebrate significant milestones with loved ones. An e-voucher can help make the perfect gift by letting the recipient do the picking.

1. When purchasing a Manaaki Gift Card for a loved one select "I want to send this as a gift".

2. You will be asked for the recipients email address, name and to select a date you wish the e-voucher to be sent. This means you can purchase prior to the event.

3. An e-voucher will be sent directly to the recipients inbox on the selected date.

4. The recipient can choose any items from the Waihonga store. Enter the code into the 'discount code' section in the checkout. The gifted amount will then be deducted from the total.

*All Manaaki Gift Cards are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

**Your own details will also be entered in the payment section of the checkout so you too will receive a copy of the e-voucher. Waihonga does not receive a copy of this code so cannot retrieve a code if lost. If it doesn't appear in your inbox, please check spam folders.

All items are packaged for protection in transit. Larger items have additional padding.
