Our Hineraumati design is inspired by the intensity of the summer months which signal renewed energy, increased productivity and quality time with whānau.

Hineraumati, known as the summer maiden, sister of Hinetakurua and wife of Tamanuiterā - the sun god. The story of Hineraumati, Hinetakurua and their shared husband explains the Māori perspective on the suns journey and seasonal changes through his division of time between his two wives. The domain of Hineraumati is on land where she plays an important role in the cultivation of food products and the fruits of the forest.
